Team Project: Residential Building Performance

Students will form teams of 2, and determine how to renovate the iconic Glass House designed by Philip Johnson in 1949 to meet the current residential code in Connecticut by evaluating the existing conditions using ResCHECK and proposing modification to the residence without changing its appearance.
